-448 use "192", "448" or "640" kbit/s for AC3 encoding
-768 use "768" or "1536" kbit/s for DTS encoding

-blu-ray remaps channels from Blu-Ray LPCM order to normal order
-extensible use "extensible" header for the destination WAV file.

For DTS encoding you need:
(1) SurCode DVD DTS - version 1.0.21 or newer
